Yana Kan  The visual identity for Eli Satsebeli reflects the restaurant’s main idea — authentic Georgian cuisine can be light and easy to digest.

The logo is inspired by Georgian script but reinterpreted through a modern lens. The brand's graphic system is based on the outlines of popular Georgian dishes, simplified into minimalist geometry. These shapes are filled with translucent patterns that visually convey the idea of the lightness of Georgian food. Inspired by traditional Georgian ornamentation, we adapted it for the brand's identity patterns.

When selecting the color palette, we based it on the restaurant's interior design and our competitor research. We analyzed the color schemes of other Georgian restaurants and chose shades that were used less frequently to create something new and distinctive.
