The color scheme is based on the central highlight of any traditional Russian table — the samovar, which is typically brought outside in almost any weather and at any time of day. The “bronze” metal gently gleams against a backdrop of tender greenery. These shades of bronze and green became the core colors of the brand identity.
The identity develops the idea of journeys: the menu becomes a gastronomic map with plotted routes. The brand pattern is an abstract interpretation of a landscape map, with symbols borrowed from real topography. At the same time, the pattern hints at food — like ripe berries scattered across an autumn field, or roe pearls sprinkled over fragrant pancakes.
